GION is an internationally acclaimed Japanese photographer based in NYC whose work has been featured in Esquire Japan, Vogue Nippon, and Casa Brutus, to name a few. By juxtaposing the geometric letterforms (GION) and the condensed (supporting type), set against a foxy silver-and-black backdrop, we aim to make GION's identity system and website slick and stylish.
